Now that the negotiators have agreed on the text all that is left is approval by the twelve involved nations: Canada, USA, Mexico, Peru, Chile, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunei and Japan. However, none of these countries will let their people decide about it in a referendum.
