It was held in a specially designed conference room in the Mumble instance held on the servers of the Pirate Party of North Rhine Westphalia in conjunction with a Piratepad and was conducted with no more problems than would be expected at a conference held at a physical location. This made the Knesset (Israel’s parliament) raise the threshold from 2% to 3.25% a year ago. In December 2014 the government was dissolved and called for new elections on 17 March 2015.
